Select the funnel icon in the Ads Manager toolbar to open Advanced Filters as a right-hand panel.
Scope
Each filter row starts with a scope dropdown:
The scope determines which level the filter applies to — a Campaign-scoped filter hides whole campaigns; an Ad-scoped filter hides individual ads within otherwise-visible adsets.
Field, operator, value
For each filter row:
- Pick a Field from the long dropdown.
- Pick an operator (
>, <, =, >=, <=, contains, etc.).
- Enter a Value.
Select + Add Filter to stack additional rows (all rows are AND-combined). Use Clear All to reset, or Apply Filters to run the query.
Available fields
Name, Leads, CPL, Calls (total), Calls, CPBC, Spend, SSBC, SSC, Q Leads, CPQL, DQ Leads, Q Calls, CPQBC, DQ Calls, Closes, SB Closes, Purchases, Revenue, CAC, Contract Value, Cash Collected, Results, CPR, Reach, Impressions, and more.
