The AI Optimizer generates structured optimisation suggestions for every business in your workspace, every day. Each suggestion is reviewed by you before it touches Facebook — the optimizer never auto-applies changes. Open it from the left sidebar under AI → AI Optimizer. The page is scoped to the business in the top-left Business Space selector.

How recommendations are generated

  • Daily batch — The system runs across all businesses overnight and produces recommendations for each one.
  • Manual generation — Select Generate Now in the top right to force a fresh batch for the current business. Useful after a creative push, budget change, or fresh sync when you don’t want to wait for the next daily run.
The header subtitle states the scope clearly: AI-suggested optimizations for <Business>. Every action is reviewed by you before it touches Facebook.
