Header controls
The toolbar above the table mirrors how media buyers work:- Date range picker — Filter every row to a window (for example, 01/05/2026 ~ 31/05/2026).
- Bookmark (flag icon) — Save the current filter + columns + date range as a quick-recall view.
- Selection (checkbox icon) — Enter bulk-select mode to pause or export multiple rows at once.
- Filters (funnel icon) — Open the Advanced Filters panel.
- Columns — Show, hide, and reorder columns. Each media buyer can keep their own layout.
- Export — Download the current view as CSV.
Typical workflows
Scan for problems
- Open Ads Manager at the start of the day.
- Scan for red-tinted rows — those have a KPI over target.
- Click into the underlined Leads or Calls number to see the records and decide whether to pause, adjust budget, or refresh creative.
Action AI recommendations
- Select the AI recommendations chip in the bottom-right.
- Page through each card; for Update Budget and Pause types, Approve & apply the ones you agree with.
- For Advice cards, capture the action in your media-buying SOP and Mark reviewed.
Build a watchlist
Use Advanced Filters to isolate the rows that matter today (for example, Adset · Spend > $500 AND CPL > target), then save the view with the Bookmark icon so it loads instantly tomorrow.Next steps
