Ads Manager is the per-business view of every Facebook campaign, adset, and ad, joined to the same lead, call, and revenue data that powers the Dashboard. It’s where media buyers spend most of their day. Open it from the left sidebar under Operations → Ads Manager.

What’s in this section

Tree structure

Campaign → Adset → Ad hierarchy, on/off toggles, row colour cues, and the header status strip.

Columns & drilldowns

Every column grouped by category and which numeric cells open record lists when clicked.

Advanced filters

Filter by Campaign/Adset/Ad scope, field, operator, and value — stack rows to build watchlists.

AI recommendations

Daily Update Budget, Pause, and Advisory recommendations — and which ones can be approved.

Header controls

The toolbar above the table mirrors how media buyers work:
  • Date range picker — Filter every row to a window (for example, 01/05/2026 ~ 31/05/2026).
  • Bookmark (flag icon) — Save the current filter + columns + date range as a quick-recall view.
  • Selection (checkbox icon) — Enter bulk-select mode to pause or export multiple rows at once.
  • Filters (funnel icon) — Open the Advanced Filters panel.
  • Columns — Show, hide, and reorder columns. Each media buyer can keep their own layout.
  • Export — Download the current view as CSV.

Typical workflows

Scan for problems

  1. Open Ads Manager at the start of the day.
  2. Scan for red-tinted rows — those have a KPI over target.
  3. Click into the underlined Leads or Calls number to see the records and decide whether to pause, adjust budget, or refresh creative.

Action AI recommendations

  1. Select the AI recommendations chip in the bottom-right.
  2. Page through each card; for Update Budget and Pause types, Approve & apply the ones you agree with.
  3. For Advice cards, capture the action in your media-buying SOP and Mark reviewed.

Build a watchlist

Use Advanced Filters to isolate the rows that matter today (for example, Adset · Spend > $500 AND CPL > target), then save the view with the Bookmark icon so it loads instantly tomorrow.
