The Performance tab is a period-over-period view of every business KPI. It’s designed to drop into client weekly or monthly reviews.
- Date range picker — The full window the report covers (for example, 01/03/2026 ~ 31/05/2026).
- Cadence dropdown — Monthly, Weekly, or custom. Splits the date range into comparison columns.
- Generate Report — Builds (or regenerates) the Performance Overview card.
- Filter Funnels — Limit the report to specific funnels for multi-offer clients.
- Show/Hide Columns — Pick which KPI rows appear in the table.
- Status legend — On Target / Warning / Over Target chips that match the colour cues used elsewhere.
The report card compares two adjacent periods (Compare A and Compare B) and shows three derived columns:
- Difference (B − A) — Absolute change between periods.
- % Change ((B − A) / A) — Percentage change.
- Average (All Periods) — Rolling average across every period in the date range.
KPI rows include Leads, CPL, Calls, CPBC, Spend, and the rest of the dashboard metrics. Cells inherit the same target colouring as the Dashboard — red when over target, green when on target, with the configured target shown inline.
Typical use
- Monthly client review — Set the range to two or three months, pick Monthly, and walk through the difference and % change columns with the client.
- Weekly stand-up — Set the range to the last four weeks, pick Weekly, and focus on red cells.
- Quarter retros — Use the Average (All Periods) column to set realistic targets for the next quarter.
Hide rows your client doesn’t care about with Show/Hide Columns. The simpler the report, the more likely it gets read.
