Each business can have multiple saved dashboards. One is marked Default and loads when you open Operations → Dashboard.

Switch dashboards

  1. Click the dashboard name in the top-left (grid icon + name).
  2. In Manage dashboards, click a row to switch the active layout.
  3. Use the star icon to set as default for that business.

Edit layout

  1. Click Edit layout on the dashboard toolbar (or the pencil icon on a row in Manage dashboards).
  2. An Editing layout badge appears while you work.
In edit mode you can:
  • Drag widgets by the move handle to reorder.
  • Resize from the bottom-right corner of a widget.
  • Add widget — opens the widget catalog (click or drag onto the grid).
  • Rename the dashboard using the name field above the grid.
  • Open a widget menu for Settings, Duplicate, or Remove.
  1. Click Save in the sticky footer, or press Ctrl+S / ⌘+S.
  2. Cancel prompts to discard unsaved changes.
Leaving edit mode with Escape exits without saving. Use Cancel if you need a discard confirmation.

Create a new dashboard

  1. Open Manage dashboards.
  2. Click New dashboard (requires dashboard.create).
  3. You enter edit mode with an empty grid and the Add widget panel open.
  4. Add widgets, then Save.

Global dashboards are templates — duplicate them into a business before editing.

Mobile

Below ~768px width, the grid stacks widgets full-width for reading. Layout editing is intended for desktop; use a wider window to rearrange widgets.
