Every client business in your workspace has its own integration settings. Open a business from All Accounts, then go to Settings → Data Sources to manage its connections.

Data sources per business

Each business can connect four data sources, each shown with a connection status dot in the left sidebar of the settings screen:

Settings tabs

The per-business settings page is organised by tab:
  • Data Sources — Connect Facebook, GHL, Stripe, and Clarity.
  • Tracking — Pixels, UTMs, and tracking parameters.
  • KPIs & Budget — Targets for the KPI cards on the Dashboard and All Accounts.
  • Appointments — Calendar and booking rules.
  • Funnels — Define funnels used by the Filter Funnels control on the dashboard.
  • Lead Question — Map qualification questions captured in GHL.
  • Client management — Client-facing access.
  • Rules — Workflow rules across the business.
If you see the yellow banner “Lead qualification warning: Lead qualification rules are not set up. Open Settings → GoHighLevel to choose how qualified leads are counted.”, finish the lead qualification setup or your Qualified Leads, CPQL, and CPQBC metrics will report zero.
