# Monday Reports overview

> AI-generated weekly recaps per business, using either the system default or your uploaded custom template.

**Monday Reports** are AI-generated weekly recaps for each business. Every Monday the system produces a recap covering the previous week's Spend, Leads, Calls, Closes, and qualitative commentary — ready for review and delivery to the client.

Open it from the left sidebar under **AI → Monday Reports**. The list is filtered to the business in the top-left **Business Space** selector.

## Two reporting styles

Every business can use one of two layouts:

* **System default — Standard Weekly Recap.** The built-in canonical layout. Works for any business without setup.
* **Custom template.** Upload your own sample report (PDF, DOCX, MD, HTML, or TXT) and the AI mirrors its structure for every future weekly report — sections, ordering, tone of voice, and chart placement.

## Header controls

The Monday Reports screen has four primary actions in the top right:

* **Templates** — Opens [Monday Report Templates](/product/monday-reports/templates).
* **Automation** — Opens the per-business automation settings.
* **Refresh** — Reloads the report list.
* **Generate** — Opens the [Generate Monday Report](/product/monday-reports/reports#generate-a-report) dialog to create a report manually.

## How the AI uses your data

Reports pull from the same sources as the rest of the product:

* **Spend, CPL, CPBC, ROAS** — Facebook Ads.
* **Leads, Calls, Q Leads, Closes, Cash Collected, Contract Value** — GoHighLevel via the mapped custom fields and qualification rules.
* **Behavioural signals** (optional) — Microsoft Clarity aggregates when connected.

Reports consume tokens from your agency balance; heavier templates with more narrative sections cost more than the default.
