# Compare plans

> Feature matrix across Free, Team, and Enterprise tiers for this demo help center.

The **Billing** page lists every plan available to your agency, marks the one you're currently on, and lets you switch up or down anytime. Invoices appear directly below the plan grid.

Open it from **Settings → Billing**.

## Available plans

Three plans are offered across two billing intervals. Use the **Monthly / Yearly** toggle in the top right of the page to switch (yearly saves 20%).

| Plan                  | Price      | Seats    | What's included                                                                                       |
| --------------------- | ---------- | -------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Starter** | \$9 / mo | Up to 5 | Ad Accounts Management, KPI Dashboard Support, Ads Manager, GHL & Facebook Account Integration |
| **Premium** (Popular) | \$20 / mo  | Up to 30 | Everything in Starter + Contact Management; 50K free tokens / month                                   |
| **Maxium** | \$100 / mo | Up to 50 | Everything in Premium; great for bulk AI processes for marketing operations; 200K free tokens / month |

Each card shows the plan name, short description, monthly (or yearly) price, and a checkmark list of features. The card you're currently on is labelled **CURRENT PLAN** with its action button disabled (**Current plan**).

## Plan actions

The button on each plan card depends on its relationship to your current plan:

* **Switch to this plan** — Move to a cheaper plan (downgrade). For example, on Premium today, the Starter card shows this label.
* **Current plan** — Disabled label on the plan you're on.
* **Upgrade to this plan** — Move to a more expensive plan. The card is highlighted with an **UPGRADE** banner.

<Tip>
  Plan changes take effect immediately. Stripe prorates the difference and you'll see the prorated amount on your next invoice. See [Upgrade or downgrade](/getting-started/billing/upgrade-downgrade) for details.
</Tip>

## Monthly vs Yearly

The **Monthly / Yearly** toggle at the top right of the **Available plans** card swaps every price between billing intervals.

* **Monthly** — Charged each month at the listed price.
* **Yearly** — Discounted **20%** compared to paying monthly. Billed up front for 12 months.

Switching intervals counts as a plan change for proration purposes.

## How to choose

| If you...                                                                    | Pick        |
| ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------- |
| Are evaluating with one or two account managers | **Starter** |
| Run a growing agency with 5–30 teammates and use AI features regularly | **Premium** |
| Run bulk AI processes (Monday reports, AI qualification) across many clients | **Maxium** |

Token allowances (10K / 50K / 200K per month) cover AI features like [Lead qualification](/getting-started/integrations/connect-crm#ai-powered-qualification) and Monday Reports. Tokens beyond the included pool draw from your top-up balance.

## Invoices

The **Invoices** card sits directly below the plan grid and lists every billing period.

| Column  | Description                                                            |
| ------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Date | The date the invoice was issued. |
| Period  | The billing period covered (for example, *19 May 2026 – 26 May 2026*). |
| Amount  |                                                                        |
| Status | **Paid**, **Open**, or **Failed** badge. |
| Actions | **View** (opens the invoice in Stripe) and a PDF icon to download. |

<Note>
  Invoices come from the platform Stripe account (SaaS billing for your agency), not the per-business Stripe Connect accounts you link in [Settings → Stripe](/getting-started/integrations/connect-stripe).
